Four photos. Nearly 30 years. Four completely different men.
At 21, I had every physical gift and no idea what to do with them — plenty of ego, no direction, and headed nowhere good.
At 31, everything changed. In the hardest chapter of my life, stripped of every advantage I'd taken for granted, I made a decision about the man I wanted to become. I found my faith, chose fitness as my path, and walked away from the people and the lifestyle that were pulling me down. I've kept that promise ever since.
At 41, after a decade pouring everything into my gym and my clients, I finally invested in myself. During COVID, I chased a dream and earned my IFBB Pro card.
At 48, this is the culmination of all of it — father, coach, businessman, and still a student of this lifestyle. I've had to apply everything I teach while raising my daughter, running businesses, fighting injuries, and getting older. The same real life you're living.
That's what separates me as a coach. I don't just teach this lifestyle — I live it. Your past doesn't have to define your future, and getting older doesn't mean accepting decline. You can change direction. You can get stronger. You can become a better man — at any age.
